The Situation
LivingArt Dentistry is a New York City-based dental practice with a holistic, patient-centered approach—integrating oral health with broader wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle.
At the time, their digital presence did not reflect that level of care. Content was minimal, inconsistent, and visually outdated, with no clear structure guiding how the brand communicated online.
This wasn’t a matter of refinement – it required a foundational shift in how the practice showed up.
The Approach
I developed and implemented a content system designed to bring structure and accessibility to the practice’s expertise.
This included:
Establishing clear content pillars to ensure consistency across topics and formats
Designing structured, educational formats (particularly carousel-based content) to break down complex information
Refining tone of voice to feel warm, credible, and non-judgmental
Translating technical concepts—such as oral microbiome health, remineralization, and stress-related dental issues—into clear, patient-friendly language
Creating content with a focus on retention and engagement, encouraging saves and repeat interaction
Rather than simplifying the subject matter, the goal was to make it more legible without losing depth.
